Terms of Sale and Store Policies
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the PrinterZip website. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Shipping Policy
All orders ship FOB Morris, New York (USA).
Orders are shipped using major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Most in-stock items ship within several business days.
PrinterZip is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Warranty
PrinterZip label applicators are warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
During the warranty period, PrinterZip will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
If service must be performed at our facility:
- The product must be returned with prior authorization
- Inbound shipping to our facility is the responsibility of the buyer
- Return shipping within the United States will be paid by PrinterZip
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incompatible equipment
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
Shipping Damage or Order Claims
Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival.
Any claims regarding:
- Shipping damage
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
must be reported within ten(10) days of receipt of shipment.
Please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Printer Compatibility
Each PrinterZip applicator includes a receiver cradle designed for the specific printer model selected when ordering.
Printer manufacturers may occasionally make design changes that affect how their printers fit into the applicator cradle. These changes are outside the control of PrinterZip.
If your applicator cradle does not properly fit your printer:
- Contact PrinterZip customer support
- We will evaluate the issue
- If necessary, we will revise the cradle and provide a replacement
Our goal is to ensure that your PrinterZip applicator functions correctly with your selected printer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must:
- Be in original packaging
- Be in new and resalable condition
- Have prior return authorization
Unless the product is defective, a 10% restocking fee will apply to returned products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
PrinterZip reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
We accept payment methods available during checkout through our secure online payment system.
PrinterZip reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
PrinterZip products are designed to assist with label application when used with compatible printers and materials.
PrinterZip and New Path Label Applicators, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of production
- Lost profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Damage caused by improper installation or operation
The maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Privacy Policy
PrinterZip collects only the information necessary to process and fulfill orders.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to complete transactions, process payments, or ship orders.
Information collected may include:
- Name
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Contact information
- Order details
We may contact customers regarding order status, shipping updates, or customer service matters.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, product designs, and descriptions — is the property of New Path Label Applicators, LLC / PrinterZip, unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written permission.
International Orders
PrinterZip products (DK10 Applicators and label trays only) may be shipped to select international destinations. Shipping options and costs will be calculated during checkout when available.
International customers are responsible for:
- All import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Compliance with local regulations
- Any customs clearance requirements in their country
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on carrier transit times and customs processing. PrinterZip is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.
Warranty service for international orders may require the product to be returned to our facility in the United States at the customer’s expense.
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs requirements, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and associated fees. Any refund issued will be reduced by these costs.
