Return Policy
PrinterZip Applicators and Label Trays
We accept returns and exchanges for PrinterZip label applicators and label trays within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- A Return Authorization (RA) request must be submitted and approved before returning any product.
- Returned items must include all original contents and packaging.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in brand-new condition.
- Products must not show signs of wear, damage, labeling, markings, or modification.
Products that cannot be resold as new are not eligible for return.
Printers and Printer Accessories
We accept returns and exchanges for printers and printer accessories within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- A Return Authorization (RA) request must be submitted and approved before returning any product.
- Returned items must include all original contents and packaging.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in brand-new condition.
Products must be shipped back inside an additional outer shipping box. Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the product packaging.
Returns received with damaged, marked, or altered packaging may be denied.
Products that cannot be resold as new are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom products
- Special-order items
- Used products
- Damaged products
- Products modified after delivery
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by PrinterZip or a verified warranty issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized.
