Warranty

PrinterZip label applicators are warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

During the warranty period, PrinterZip may repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

Please contact us for authorization before returning any product for warranty evaluation.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incompatible equipment

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only. PrinterZip shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Warranties for label printers and printer accessories are provided by the original equipment manufacturers.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

PrinterZip products, including label applicators and label trays, ship from our facility in New York State. Label printers and printer accessories may ship separately from regional warehouse locations.

If you order a PrinterZip Z10 Printer Package, the PrinterZip components and printer may arrive in separate shipments.

PrinterZip is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

For FPO and APO addresses, we ship packages insured via the USPS. For shipments to these locations, please allow approximately one week for delivery.

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Tracking information will be emailed after shipment. If an item is backordered or custom-built, we will provide status updates when available.

 

Shipping Damage or Order Claims

Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival.

Claims involving:

  • Shipping damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery.

Printer Compatibility

Each PrinterZip applicator includes a receiver cradle designed for the printer model selected during ordering.

Printer manufacturers may occasionally make design changes that affect compatibility. If your printer does not fit properly:

  1. Contact PrinterZip support

  2. We will evaluate the issue

  3. If necessary, we will revise or replace the cradle

Our goal is to ensure proper operation with supported printer models.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We accept payment methods available through our secure checkout system. Please contact us regarding ACH or wire transfer payments.

PrinterZip reserves the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

International Orders

PrinterZip products may be shipped to select international destinations. Contact us for international shipping availability and quotes.

Warranty service for international customers may require products to be returned to our U.S. facility at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import requirements.

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid fees or customs issues, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

PrinterZip reserves the right to refuse international orders.

Limitation of Liability

PrinterZip products are designed to assist with manual label application when used with compatible printers and materials.

PrinterZip and New Path Label Applicators, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of production

  • Lost profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, images, product designs, trademarks, and descriptions, is the property of New Path Label Applicators, LLC / PrinterZip unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written permission.
